Now that you have an idea of what these PIs can do for your departments, the next step is to purchase them. When you purchase one of our performance indices (PIs), you will receive the PI for your department of choice along with:

Directions on how to utilize the PI
Sample reports to show how to report your findings and develop a plan of action
The license to utilize your PI (license is valid for one year from the date of purchase)
Unlimited phone/email support for the duration of the license
A reduced cost-license renewal option if additional years are purchased up front

For each PI that you purchase, you get a school/site service PI that rates the performance of that service at your schools/sites through tours and interviews with site staff and administration. This gives you a customer satisfaction rating for that particular service. You also have the option of purchasing the School/Site PPO Service PIs only. This includes the school/site service PI for each PPO service (maintenance, custodial and grounds) which rates these services at the school/site level.

If you purchase the PPO Suite (see below), the school/site PIs for each department (maintenance, custodial and grounds) will be included as one PI. The PPO Suite ranks these departments as one division, thus showing you how each department is performing in comparison to each other.

The cost for each Performance Index is:

Maintenance Service PI (includes School/Site Maintenance Service PI): $100

School/Site PPO (Maintenance, Custodial and Grounds) Service PI: $100

SPECIAL OFFER: If you purchase our PPO suite, you will receive three of the PIs above (maintenance, custodial and grounds), the school/site PIs for each of those services and a bonus PPO Summary PI which summarizes how each department is performing at a glance. This PPO Suite is being offered at a discounted cost of only $250. That's a savings of $50.

(If purchasing the PPO Suite, you do not need to add the maintenance, custodial, grounds or school/site PPO PIs to your cart. They are included in the cost.)

We are also offering our entire suite of support service PIs for the discounted price of $500. Thats a savings of $100. Our support service suite includes the PPO suite (maintenance, custodial, grounds, school.site PPO and the PPO summary PIs), and the facilities construction and design, food service and transportation service PIs.

There are several options available for you to purchase these invaluable tools. You can pay for them using the "PayPal" add to cart buttons and you will be directed to PayPal's secure website to complete your transaction. You do not need a PayPal account to use this option. You only need a valid credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal payments.

The other option is to send us (via: email, phone, fax or mail) a purchase order (PO). Please remember to include contact information and a valid email address. When we receive the PO, we will validate the number with your purchasing/accounts payable department. Once validated, we will promptly email you the link to download your order along with directions to use the PIs.
