Performance Monitoring – The “Navigator” Program
he Portolan Group provides ongoing performance monitoring services to clients whether we have done an assessment for them or not. While typically this is a monthly service that compares the client’s performance to known benchmarks (financial and operational), this service can be provided quarterly, semi-annually or annually. Navigator is shaped to fit every client’s specific need and budget. This service is named Navigator because we safely navigate the stormy waters of the change process to ensure optimum positive outcomes.
